The Dry July campaign encourages people to go alcohol free for the month of July to raise funds for people affected by cancer.
A month off alcohol has great health benefits including sleeping better and having more energy. Sign up your workplace as a team and work together to give back and support the community. There are a range of resources available online for workplaces including a workplace toolkit and promotional materials.

The HMG concept was born to fill the gap in local mental health support services and in particular the need for a dedicated local information hub to help connect the community to local services, navigate the mental health care system and ultimately empower people to look after their mental health.
