The Mental Health Future Expo (MHFA) Engaging Leaders course is a 90-minute session designed for senior leaders, decision-makers and influencers.
It equips participants with information about MHFA Australia and how our courses can be used as part of a broader strategy to create mentally healthy workplaces. Providing this session to leaders will open up a conversation about:
- Why supporting the mental health of employees is important
- Benefits of MHFA to their workplace
- Results of evaluations of the MHFA courses
The session has been designed to turn leaders into champions of the Mental Health First Aid program.

Healthy Minds Geelong's vision is to create a positive culture of mental health across the Geelong region.
The HMG concept was born to fill the gap in local mental health support services and in particular the need for a dedicated local information hub to help connect the community to local services, navigate the mental health care system and ultimately empower people to look after their mental health.
