FreeDIIGG Wellbeing proudly presents a Surf Coast Community Holistic Wellbeing Event for both Men and Women. Come along and enjoy listening to our guest speakers whilst connecting with other local community members.
All humans deserve to survive and thrive by being “Healthy, Wealthy & Wise!”
GUEST SPEAKERS:
• Gus Worland – Gotcha4Life Founder / Director, media personality, documentary maker, and mental health advocate delivering an interactive mental fitness keynote.
• Luke Darcy – Director at Aleda Collective, media personality, and Ex-Western Bulldogs Australian Rules Football star.
• Nicky Buckley (Bingham) – Ovarian Cancer Australia Ambassador, Corporate MC / Host, Media personality, Public speaker, and Author.
• Lael Stone – Speaker, Educator, Author, Creator, and Director of Woodline Primary School.
Raffle tickets will be sold on the night with prizes sourced from valued local businesses.

Healthy Minds Geelong's vision is to create a positive culture of mental health across the Geelong region.
The HMG concept was born to fill the gap in local mental health support services and in particular the need for a dedicated local information hub to help connect the community to local services, navigate the mental health care system and ultimately empower people to look after their mental health.
