Meditate each day during October for your mental fitness and raise funds for LIFELINE.
Making Meditation Mainstream has provided a wide variety of 28 themed guided meditations which only go for 12 minutes and are easy to follow. You can do these in your own time or join them online for LIVE meditations from the 1st to 28th October at 6:30am and 8pm on Facebook and Instagram.

The HMG concept was born to fill the gap in local mental health support services and in particular the need for a dedicated local information hub to help connect the community to local services, navigate the mental health care system and ultimately empower people to look after their mental health.
