Using Exercise for Mental Health Webinar

In this presentation, Michelle Hemley, Exercise Physiologist and Active Geelong Executive Support covers:.

  • The latest evidence for exercise being used to impact mental health and as an intervention for clinical mental health conditions
  • Case studies of exercise impacting mental health in schools, workplaces and community groups

Michelle will also dive into her own experience with post traumatic stress and how exercises was key to regaining her own mental health.
