Join Healthy Minds Geelong for a gentle stretch and meditation to kick start your day and help us celebrate the launch of our fresh director of local mental health professionals.
In the first of our meditation sessions, you’ll be treated to some gentle stretching and meditation with thanks to the experts from Geelong City Yoga.
What do you need to bring? Just you, an open mind, and comfy warm clothes
