I am a Registered Psychologist, and have worked throughout regional Victoria in various counselling roles since 2001. From 2006 I have been based in the Geelong and Surf Coast region, working in public and private mental health settings, with individuals and groups. I am currently located at Growth Psychology. My skills and interests include working with people in the fields of pain management, addiction, sport, rehabilitation, anxiety, depression and chronic illness, . I utilise evidence based approaches to treatment, and have had additional training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Pain Management, Interpersonal Psychotherapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. More recently I have completed training in working with athletes to address Illicit Drugs in Sport. I am a current Member of the Australian Pain Society. I am particularly interested in the relationship between physical health and mental health, and working collaboratively with clients to overcome barriers to achieving their goals. In addition to my role as psychologist at Growth Psychology, I am the Player Wellbeing Coordinator at the Leopold Football Club, and am a volunteer presenter for Read The Play in the Geelong Region.
