Tara is a psychologist with over ten years experience working with young people, adults and families to assist with a range of mental health difficulties. Tara has worked in a broad range of settings including public mental health services, community and employee assistance programs and private practice. Tara is committed to achieving the best possible outcomes with her clients. Working collaboratively with each client to identify their individual needs, goals, strengths and priorities and the best matching therapeutic approach is a key aspect of her work. Tara has a range of clinical interests including working with clients who have difficulties with body image and disordered eating, personality disorders and perinatal mood and anxiety concerns. Tara has expertise in working with individuals who have difficulties regulating strong emotions, who struggle to engage in healthy relationships and who may use unhelpful coping strategies.
