Samata Yoga’s Kirtan program
Kirtan (led by Swami Durgananda, the head of Samata Yoga) is held on the first Sunday of each month. It is free and open to all. We start with meditation (12:15pm-12:45pm) followed by chanting and short discourse from 1pm-3pm.

The HMG concept was born to fill the gap in local mental health support services and in particular the need for a dedicated local information hub to help connect the community to local services, navigate the mental health care system and ultimately empower people to look after their mental health.
