Hi there, My name is Caro and I am a counsellor, couples therapist and art therapist. I live in the bush surrounded by trees and animals. Sometimes I offer outdoor sessions for people who prefer that, otherwise we meet in my little counselling studio and dive in. I feel very privileged to be a therapist and know how brave it is to reach out for support. I am forever learning with clients and forever moved by their courage. I try and be as flexible as possible to meet client needs as I know we are all different and respond differently to different approaches. I look forward to connecting with you and seeing if we can find safe space together to support your processing and growth.

| My advice is to keep trying until you find the right fit. Not every therapist is going to be right for you but this doesn’t mean there isn’t someone out there who would be just right. Sometimes people have to try multiple times until they hit the jackpot. You’ll know it in your bones when you find the right one. |
